TENDER OFFERINGS IN ELY, MINNESOTA

Kayla's visual art collection, Tender Offerings, will be on display at Ely’s Historic State Theater in Ely, Minnesota this August. This collection is inspired by the natural environments of my home. Created using second hand and found materials, each piece reflects the feelings–the internal movements–that surface when I am connecting with the landscapes around me. Celebrating the relationship between our natural environment, culture, and well-being, Tender Offerings is a fresh take on place-based stewardship.

The Tender Offerings project includes a community gathering and art activity facilitated by Kayla. The exhibit is completed with the community's creations being added to the exhibit.
